Notify us that you wish to return your purchase within 30 days of the receipt and we will issue you a return authorization number (RMA). Ship the Item/s Within 3 Days
The item must be sent to us within 3 days after you receive this number. Please mark this number clearly on the box and make sure to use a reliable courier by an insured service. Please make sure to send us the tracking number so we can watch out for the package and ensure faster processing.
Processing the refund
Once our diamond experts have inspected your return, your money will be refunded by the same payment method within 2 working days.
Note: Items returned without certification will be subject to a $75 replacement fee.
